Sneak Peek! Brickhaus Plans For OHC/Duck Island Spotted
Well, the plans for the new "One West 20" development on the edge of Ohio City in "Duck Island" have been spotted. While walking past the developer Andrew Brickman, president of Brickhaus Partners, one of our people noticed that he was checking out some plans and snapped a few photos. Later when he saw the photos, Andrew confirmed that yes these are the early drawings, but the plans have not been released publicly.
Andrew agreed to let us publish the photos for the 500-unit apartments that feature one and two bedroom living spaces with garage parking, and live work space on the first floor for retail artisans.
Brickhaus has been responsible for some of the most cutting-edge designs in Little Italy, Lakewood and Rocky River to name but a few successful projects.
